My big bird plush has hard eyes and the seller packages him securely while also putting bubble wrap around his eyes to protect while shipping. He came as described with no imperfections. No bad smells either which I love when receiving a plush toy. Very reasonable prices as well. I definitely recommend buying from this seller- very thoughtful and professional.
