  Ordered 2 dishes with lids. Not packed well as 1 lid arrived totally shattered. It was on top of the box with just a thin bubble wrap around it. I was most disappointed with seller's reaction when I informed them. Didn't offer a refund, or a credit or a suitable replacement or even sorry for the inconvenience. I had to ask, and seller asked me what was fair. When I told them, she seemed to think it was excessive, but a second e-mail they sent said okay. Not great customer service.

  The items were securely packed with adequate bubble wrap and paper on top and bottom. Unfortunately items do get damaged in transit. The buyer asked if I had a lid for replacement. I informed her that I didn't and hit send before finishing my message. Before I could send new message the buyer sent message asking what I was going to do to rectify broken item. I asked her what she thought was fair. She requested $10 refund on the $15 item. I promptly refunded the 10 and she kept bottom container.
