  The best reviews are the one's that tell you how a seller responds when things go wrong. My item was lost in transit, I told the seller that the tracking information was not being updated and the item had not arrived when it should have. They immediately contacted me and sent a new item to me with a 24hr delivery slot, the item arrived next day as promised. Excellent company. Haven't used the torque wrench yet but looks good, was very well packed and good quality.

  I cant fault the seller as the item was dispatched quickly, however the Royal Mail left this parcel behind my dustbins and failed to notify me that it was there. I discovered its whereabouts by accident two days after it was delivered, by which time it had poured down with rain! 5 stars to the seller, 0 stars to the Royal Mail!
