  This machine didn't arrive when stated and it was only picked up from them on the day it should have arrived which meant i needed to arrange more time off work, I responded by messaging the seller, I had great customer service from them and they've promised a full refund which I appreciate as there was a missing part plus it desperately needed a service and was full of debris so was totally unfit for use. Their great customer service is really appreciated, and a full refund will be welcomed.

  Very professional seller, my order Unfortunately arrived faulty, seller sent replacement adapter with hope it would resolve the issue, unfortunately after receiving the replacement, the machine iv ordered still wasn't working. Communication with seller was great, and issue was resolved quickly 💓 thank you so much.

  After dickering over £1 in a make an offer bid, I paid their price. The parcel arrived and my wife was presented with a £10 surcharge for having the wrong postage charge. I contacted the seller, who offered to reimburse the charge and a partial refund for inconvenience. Twice I’ve chased this up, both ignored. They are scammers. Read their reviews… many broken useless junk sold as working. They’re a disgrace to the community. I’m off to file a complaint.

  Hello thank you so much for your feedback unfortunately we couldn't resolve this issue as it has to go through eBay return policy system with correct reason for return you been advised to get issued partial refund to cover the charge from postage office so the issue could be resolved properly we are so sorry it been such an inconvenience for you and we gonna look forward on improving and making things right unfortunately that wasn't the case from buyers side 🙏

  Packaging was brilliant postage didn’t take long as described and better good value for money the speakers sound really good and I am very pleased with them and I will boy of the seller again, thank you very much
