  I cannot give this seller enough praise. My original order got lost in transit, but when I contacted the seller about this, they replied promptly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to dispatch a similar item, which arrived quickly. Honestly we need more sellers like this on eBay, excellent service, went way beyond expectations, will definitely be ordering from them again, highly recommended. Oh, yeah, item was well packaged and delivered quickly. A+++++++

  Similar to the feedback below - no communication for 2 weeks since ordering, so logged a ticket saying not received. No tracking details were provided. Once it eventually turned up, the seller only then updated tracking details, then hounded me to close the ticket. No apologies not acknowledgement that it was over 2 weeks for delivery. Won't use this seller again.

  Thanks for the lovely message, As soon as i received the message saying it was not received I tracked it and it turned up that day, i informed you of that and after three days no reply whether you got it or not so I sent another message asking if it was received and to close the case.

  At the current time of writing, the product never arrived. Despite the listing having tracked delivery, no tracking information has been provided. Sent multiple messages asking for an update / information, and received no replies.

  As soon as I was made aware the item did not turn up a full refund was issued.

  Took 2 weeks to turn up and only after raising a dispute. Parcel turned up beaten to hell. Then seller hounded with messages to shut down the dispute - this was the only communication received. Maybe work on some customer service skills. Won’t be buying from here again.
