  Shipping was very fast and the product was well packaged and of excellent quality. I believe the item was good value. I was a little disappointed the seller described the color as blue when it was actually black and then refused to acknowledge the mistake. Overall a good seller and I would recommend him.

  The item is as described, and most people know the quality of Montblanc goods, so zero complaints. What I would say is this seller is clearly a well-stocked purveyor of luxury items, with staff equal to the quality of their wares. I experienced consummate professionalism, proactive and frequent communication, and courtesy often reserved for the upper class. I felt I was their most important customer and am certain anyone who purchases from this seller will experience the same level of care.
