  Great retired Sizzix. As described well packed. Took the long way through Europe to Australia but arrived safely. Great communication and tracking helped any delivery anxiety.

  This may be the first time I used eBay in maybe 15 years! Lights got caught up in the mail and showed up 4 days late. Not the sellers fault, but I reached out to see what we could do since I wanted them for the holiday. Seller was prompt with an offer to refund or replace them. I was about to accept, but got pulled away. They arrived the next day! They work, and they look great! Really happy! Thanks so much!

  Shipping as described, not immediate. Items arrived damaged, seller was very responsive offered a choice of remedy. Additionally, I suggested a listing update to inform buyers whether the pots had drainage holes or not to prevent confusion. Overall great customer service experience, just damage in transit was disappointing, could’ve been packed better.

  Nice yarn but it took took forever for them to ship, the morning I sent message cancel my order because they were not shipping BAM it was shipped out about 2 -3 hours it was in the mail!!!! They said I would get a refund because it took them so long and they refunded $3.53, out of $35.
