He took out the generator from its box and claimed that he only received the accessory kit without the electrosurgical generator and then requested a return to be refunded for the full amount. He basically wanted to get the generator for free. We have been in business for 15 years. Why should we do such thing and ruin our ebay reputation? Unethical...
