  Best seller ever! Upon ordering the wrong mirror I contacted the seller to find a solution. The seller responded promptly and made great efforts to identify the correct mirror for my vehicle. Once the seller had confirmed the part was indeed correct; and without any hesitation, the seller sent me the replacement at no extra cost and that there was no need to send the wrong mirror that I had initially purchased back. High quality product at a affordable price. Was packaged really well!

  The best service I have ever encountered on line , ordered the mirror glass , at a the best price I could find , realised I had ordered the wrong side for the wrong model , messaged to cancel the item , but it had already been posted , assuming I would just wait until it arrives then return it , the next day I had a full refund for the mirror and it wasn't even here yet , I now have the mirror and will return it today , , fantastic trust that you don't often find these days

  The first one arrived broken due to inadequate packaging. But thankfully, they were happy to send a replacement and it was much better packaged. So although it at first appeared to be a negative experience, thanks to their care, it ended positive. Thats the kind of sellers that make good sellers. Admitting mistakes and correcting it. Mirror is a perfect match, and is exactly like the old one.

  Arrived as described. Could perhaps have been more solidly packed, given that it was glass. Prompt delivery, although the tracking (Royal Mail) didn't work. Not the seller's fault though.
