  Seller accidentally listed the item as a side 8 and they were a size 7, but noticed their mistake and messaged me before sending them out. I told them I would try them because I wasn’t sure what size I was, and they told me to let them know if they didn’t work cause they wanted me to be satisfied. They ended up fitting. That was excellent customer service on their part and I’m very happy with the quality of the Chacos I received. Definitely would love rider from them again!

  I saw the shoes and wanted them ASAP. I looked at them for a few days but hesitated bc they were made in 2013. I decided to message the seller about the condition and they got back to me quickly and gave me a detailed discription of the condition. I felt more comfortable buying them after this. I received them fast and they’re in great condition. Only found 1 mark on 1 shoe and it was already shown in the pics. Seller was honest and kind, Great quality of service. Cant wait to buy more… Thx
