  The Reel is amazing quality and was excellent value for money however the dispatch time actually took 7 days to leave the shop and by the time it got to me 10 days had elapsed, contacted them through E bay and asked why it has take. So long for me to get the tracking details, and got no response so the only way I could get hold of them was to phone them. But apart from that they are a good E Bayer I guess I was just one o the unlucky ones but 5 stars on the item though

  Everything is perfect. The quality is also good. There was a problem with the package not being delivered, so i asked for a refund. Ended up getting the refund and next day the package showed up. Told seller that id like to somehow give the money back since the package arrived. Seller told me thank you for being honest and let me keep the money and package. I appreciate the seller for being able to solve customers problems like that. Great seller would buy from again. A+++++

  Wychwood have always created quality luggage and this organiser is no different, what is different is the price. I have Wuchwood luggage which is 30 yo and still the zips work as they did back then, how ever I have bought luggage from other currently popular companies and have issues. Arrived well before stated, postage no problem. item as described on all online platforms fits perfectly into the tactical rucksack. Coms were updated and would recommend this seller.
