  Seller went above and beyond. This was a lot purchase and I got the last one. The memory was damaged/unsellable and the seller offered me better memory or a refund. That is truly someone who cares about their business and reputation. Packaging was good. I highly recommend.

  Wasted my time and Tied up my money on this purchase. The unit I received was apparently one of several listed as separate Items. The one I purchased had options I needed and Communicated to this seller. The Unit I got was not the Item I purchased. I sent It Back and They did refund me, but I just think You need to make sure they will send you the one you bid on by contacting them. Beware of Bait and switch.

  We had numerous of these same units.Listed & showed a quantity of 4. This buyer's issue was that the serial number received was not the same as pictured. All were the exact same model, but obviously different S/N's.Why this mattered I've no idea.We spent alot of $ to ship to him in Hawaii & more money to get it back.All over a different S/N.Unit worked perfectly when received back.Buyer's like this make selling on Ebay difficult.See our other reviews to get a better idea of our customer service.
