  The item I received was the item described but I received one instead of the three I ordered. The dealer promptly refunded the cost of the missing item. I understand mistakes happen and the dealer responded in a timely manner so I would deal with him again.

  I ordered a 250cm replacement parasol cover and was sent a 230cm cover in error, as mistakes sometimes happen I was expecting an easy solution whereby the seller would just swap the item and send the correct size. How wrong was I, firstly that asked me to try and fit the cover even though it it too small and then suggested I keep it and get a partial refund and try and re-sell it myself. I will avoid this seller and would suggest anyone thinking of buying a new cover look elsewhere.
