  Initially they sent me the wrong size item. The communication was excellent and I sent the item back without an issue. I decided to re order the item and it came as described. A mistake was made but it was rectified. I appreciated the communication and for that reason I gave them a second chance.

  The description and pictures showed the box the puzzle was in was damaged so I was not expecting it to be in new condition. Unfortunately the packaging was so flimsy (it was shipped in a a medium size plastic envelope with a piece of card board) that the box was totally crushed and unsalvageable. The puzzle itself was fine and very fun to assemble. I would suggest more care in packaging to insure no further damage to your items. Thank you. ☺️

  Great experience with seller. Needed to have item expedited and the seller shipped right away. Had a bit of an issue with the condition of the item when it arrived but the seller was super responsive and we worked out a resolution. Would definitely buy from them again!
