  Hedgerow Country Seedheads lightshade ( 35 cm) arrived today. The fabric lampshade looks just like the photograph, fantastic . It was packaged extremely well, in a very strong box , cushioned by paper packaging. I contacted the seller to request that the lightshade inner be brushed gold. The seller replied immediately and made my lamp to my wishes. I'm thrilled it looks good in our newly decorated bedroom. The seller was professional, attentive, produced and got it to me quickly.Thank you.

  Cannot recommend Teresa high enough if you are after a new lampshade! My purchase was not to standard measurements, but communication with Teresa was quick and accurate from the very start, resulting in a lampshade that is exactly what we were wanting. Through a series of conversations, Teresa made sure that she had understood all the information I had given her. Delivery was equally as quick, with the shade being very well protected with packaging for the postal system.

  I contacted Genie of the Lampshade to ask for a special order of a certain size, and pattern repeat for 2 matching shades. Communication throughout excellent, product arrived on time, well packaged and just as I had requested. 100 % recommended.

  I placed the order on 12th Feb and kindly I requested an amendment of 5cm be made in the height. I was contacted immediately and was told that this wouldn't be a problem. The lampshade was made, packed posted and delivered on 15th Feb. The quality is excellent and I couldn't be more pleased. Excellent on all fronts.

  Very pleased with this purchase. The timescale for arrival of was as promised. The 2 lampshades I had ordered arrived safely by Royal Mail in a large box marked fragile. The packaging inside was all paper - no plastic or non-recyclable packaging whatsoever.
