  Item is in great condition, exactly as described! The only thing is the shipping information, no idea when it's exactly coming, but overall it's ok and extra care of packaging to ensure a safe arrival! Great to work with, prompt communication.   The seller is OK. The problem is ebay delivery. I got a message the order was delivered, but didn’t mention the fact it was delivered to my neighbour. Ebay is c**p. I avoid it as much as possible.

  Item arrived incredibly fast. As in, 5 days fast, from Japan all the way to Canada and cost only $10 for shipping. Unbelievable. Wish everything I purchased from ebay arrived this quickly and cost so little to ship ... Item was exactly as advertised and packaged really well. No damage what so ever. Great experience overall.   I don’t often leave feedback, but Gengoro’s Store deserves as many stars as I can give. Communication was exceptionally clear, as fast as it could be, and very helpful. The delivery was remarkably swift. The Babylock Sashiko II is a marvel. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It’s pricey, but it’s worth it. I definitely recommend Gengoro’s Store.
