  Item shipped quickly arrived as described but no small miracle that this gasket set arrived undamaged or without lost items in it. The seller literally slapped the shipping label on the retail "over the counter auto parts store" packaging with nothing more than a thin layer of carboard and thin layer clear plastic film protecting everything in the package, then trusted the USPS not to screw it up in transit.

  This seller rocks! Item arrived damaged from shipping no fault of seller. Within an hour of requesting a refund the seller called me and asked what he could do to fix the situation going over a couple of options. Ultimately the unit was not usable and a few hours later a full refund was issued. Would do business with this seller again highly recommended!

  The package I received had two different bulbs inside manufactured years apart. It's my belief that this package was resealed at some point, even though it was described as "New". I expressed my concern with the seller and they promptly responded and did everything they could to make it right. Excellent customer service.
