  Great selection of gems at a fantastic price! I ordered quite a few, and all the gems matched the descriptions perfectly. One item was missing, but the seller promptly offered a refund. Shipping took longer than expected, with the tracking stuck at 'label created' for several weeks. However, after reaching out, the seller quickly provided an update, and it turned out the package was already in my state. I placed really big bulk stone orders from sellers, and I am very careful to choose my favorite stones, and go through my orders very meticulously to make sure I received the right stones and they are solid and sturdy. This seller got my order perfect, didn't swap out a single stone (I hate when sellers do that), and packaged the entire order very carefully.   I received some beautiful pink tourmaline beads which is why I’m giving this seller 5 stars, however these were not what was pictured so not what I was hoping to get. Fast to communicate. I feel like they should change this photo to what it is they are actually selling. If the beads I received hadn’t been such nice quality I would have only given them 3stars for miss representation. I will be ordering from them again only I will ask if the item in the photo is what I will be getting first.
