  Unfortunately, USPS tracked the item until it left the U.S. enroute to my address but the item never arrived. However, Gem State Outfitters placed a claim to track the package, ultimately refunding me for my purchase. And if the item somehow arrives I could keep it free of charge. Customer Service was definitely top notch. Would look to purchase from buyer in the future. Thanks for the assistance and consideration.

  Seller was prompt and excellent with communication after USPS sent my package around the North and West U.S for days. and when the package finally arrived it was missing one box of coffee, the seller was fast with responding and offering solutions. I’m pleased with the value for what I received and the quality of the product.

  Would highly recommend seller, had some trouble with USPS getting package delivered , but finally located package. Seller was very responsive and helpful on their end. Not their fault. Would buy from again !!!
