  My Item was packaged with extra care, lots of tender loving care, you can tell the seller cares a lot about what they advertise and sell. It was shipped right after purchase and shipping costs were reasonable.   The seller was deceitful. Listed the item location in Huntington Beach, 20 miles from my home, yet the package tracking listed across the country. It took 7 days to arrive, and when it did the top of the rabbit ear was broken. We inspected the package carefully looking for the broken piece. It was not there. The item was shipped broken. The listing did not mention that the item was damaged, nor did the pictures show a damaged item. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

  The shipping shows I droped the item off at Huntington beach, if USPS ships it across country I do not have any control on that. I emiditately excepted the request to return and refund. not sure what else I could have done. Nothing I did was dedceitful.
