  Really appreciate the color and quality of stones from this seller. Not the usual glass or synthetic stones like so many sellers claim are lab created. I have purchased several lab alexandrite, emerald and sapphire stones from this seller and will continue to do business.   After countless orders and returns of fake gemstones, I’ve found just a few reliable eBay suppliers. Gemsbysun is my #1 favorite. For many gemstones, it’s almost impossible to find an eBay seller who’ll ship an authentic product, but even for stones like sapphires that aren’t as hard to find, everything gemsbysun sells is significantly better. Whenever I get a package from them, even something I’ve ordered before, I’m excited—like opening a Christmas present—because I know it’ll be beautiful.

  Never received. Sketchy 'tracking indicated that item was in NYC 2.5 weeks after payment and then the same day said shipped from Bankok...eBay had to intervene. NO communication from seller AT ALL.

  The package has shipped out the very next day of the purchase. It was in NYC just as the customer indicated but then USPS lost the package. We reply to all messages within 24 hours. Gave the customer an option of either resending the order or refund. Never heard back from customer. Eventually the customer was refunded for the order.
