  We have attempted to contact numerous times, sent pictures of flaws. They are not responding. It also took a long time to receive order.

  Item has still not arrived many weeks after delivery due date. Seller has offered a refund/ option for a later date but we are unable to respond/confirm either on this website. The order has been deactivated ( not by us) and we can do nothing. Help!

  Hello again :) Is the item still due to be delivered on the 10th June? We are okay with this date, and we understand the reason for the delay is no fault of your own. But Ebay says the item has been 'cancelled'. Can you reactivate the order please, if needed?Thank you and please get back to me asap :)
