  Sorry to do this but I purchased this ring the evening prior and it was marked sold on Ebay. The next morning, I get an email from the seller stating that they accidentally sold it that morning at the store not knowing it sold the day prior on Ebay. With modern technology as it stands today and the fact that a lot ppl and businesses are notified when someone buys something on Ebay, why didn't you immediately set the ring aside the next morning. How can you not have known it sold prior?

  Hello, Yes it was sold in the morning in our store and you purchased it in the afternoon by the time we got to it was already to late. Not enough time to end the sale. This is the problem with live sales,

  Shipment by FedEx was a clusterfruk and unable to make connection and item was returned to buyer who offered refund. Cannot image FedEx expects a person to wait at home ALL DAY with no attempt to give window for delivery. A shout out to an understanding seller who hopefully elects to use different shipper in the future.
