  I was originally sent a Drypower Broadband backup battery 12NBN7P-F2 instead of the 12SEC7P-F1 product by mistake. The seller responded promptly to the issue and offered to send out a replacement item. This was shipped promptly with tracking, was well packaged with care, and is exactly what I ordered.
