  Great communication, and the hard-to-find puzzle I received was exactly as described. The seller promptly replied to my question (sent after I placed my order), and the box arrived barely dented. I was pleasantly surprised since it traveled halfway around the world. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

  Beautiful puzzle, BNIB. EXACTLY as described. Quick shipping from Bulgaria to USA, arrived 6 days early! The package was expertly packed as there were NO dents on any of the 3 puzzles. Also: the seller had prompt communication with me re: my questions and partially refunded the shipping cost so I was only charged exact shipping. Excellent seller and I will be doing business with them in the future. A+++

  Sadly after waiting several weeks the item never arrived. Seller happily offered with money back or to send puzzle again. Seller refunded money. Communication was good. Once tracking number was given, and item posted, no more movement from the carrier service was provided. Might be good for seller to follow through as postal service post covid is poorly. I did received another puzzle from this seller that arrived perfectly.

  Terrific seller to work with. Good packaging to survive the international shipping. Items arrived in new condition with no damage or surprises- just as shown in photos. For USA folks, this seller is in Bulgaria and as such my order of 4 jigsaw puzzles required just over one month from purchase to delivery (estimated correctly). The shipping charge even with combined shipping was a bit painful but required.
