  The upvc hinges arrived on time, in good condition and they are a good quality hinge and are good value for money from this seller. I ordered the wrong hinges I needed right side hinges but ordered left side. An email to the seller and he replied no problem I'll exchange them for the right side. I decided to return the hinges by hand. I arrived and the correct hinges were waiting for me, the seller was very helpful and knew his UPVC parts well. I'll certainly be buying from him again.

  It can be quite stressful trying to chose the right type of window locks , this seller made it very smooth from start to finish Item correctly described and the specifications also matched ( unlike many others I looked at first ) I double checked and got a reply very quickly, as a result they got the order Locks arrived quickly ahead of the time expected, well packed and each sealed Each fitted perfectly each time Would definitely use again 😊 excellent service all round & good price Dave

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size & messaged seller asking if I could exchange it over the counter at his warehouse (live fairly locally). Immediate response and no problem to do so. Friendly counter guys who exchanged letterbox without problem. Correctly sized quality, heavy letter box now fitted exactly, within 5 minutes and no problems. Highly recommended 5*.
