  Everything about this order was a good experience. From the customized offer (initial offer was for 5 buttons and I needed 6), to the communication with the seller, from the buttons themselves, the attention for each detail (beautifully wrapped, one button at a time + personalized thank you note) to the timing of the delivery. Had a certain emergency which was fully understood and supported by the seller, so my order was delivered in the exact needed timeframe. Thank you !

  The item pictured was not what I received, which the seller kindly explained was written in the listing and that was a real bummer, but my fault… I thought I was buying what I was looking at. Other than that; the seller was kind and fast to reply and ship. Still just wish I got the item pictured.

  I'm very sorry to disappoint you. Thank you for the comment. I'm afraid these things can happen to items I sell multiple times. In the future, perhaps I will reconfirm to my buyers prior to shipping if they are okay with receiving ones with patterns that are different from the photos in my listing—a lesson learned on my part.
