  Item purchased on June 19th and did not get a shipping notification until a week later. After a week, a follow-up message initiated by me was finally responded to stating that it was ready to ship. No real explanation was given explaining why it took a week to even get a shipping number. In between the week following purchase and July 3rd, there was still no movement on shipping the item. There is nothing you can do or say that could possibly explain two and a half weeks of delays. Zero stars
