  Item was new in an opened box Upon delivery I was very disappointed to find the battery pack for vibration and the toy bar were missing. Contact with the seller was not great. They did send a replacement toy bar, I hope it was delivered to my daughter. But I had to purchase the battery pack. I was offered no discount for the missing parts. Buyer Beware! If it has an open box, ask if it contains everything and have them check it.

  My rating isnt about the product but rather about the seller! I never received the package after waiting almost 2 months. I respectfully tried to work with the seller. When they failed to provide me proof they submitted a claim with the carrier or checked that the carrier didnt route the package to the wrong address/S The seller failed to respond to my last 2 messages. Had they responded, the rating would be higher. But I have no choice other than to leave the lowest possible rating.
