  Just received my parcel this morning - very quick delivery from the States to the UK in a totally secure and damage proof package. The book is even better than expected. Such a lovely copy - with white pages - and thanks to garys-treasure I have picked it up at a ridiculously low price. Marks out of 10 for this seller - 11.
