Sellers communication is first class even bothered to contact me to confirm that myself and my husband had both ordered a bed and that we actually wanted 2, seller advised they would be despatched later that day and I was shocked that they arrived the very next day all very carefully packed.   A beautiful made, well crafted dog bed. Excellent and helpful response to communications. Very well packaged. Excellent,quick delivery. Only thing I ordered what I saw was a more brown shade as listed but infact I would say the shade is more natural shade than it looks in the pictures and is described as. Nevertheless, I’m very pleased with it and more importantly,I hope Keats,my Border Collie is 😊

  Lovely pair of deer, exactly as described and promptly delivered. Very good value too. The packaging was not strong enough though and was torn in places, but the metal deer survived without damage.

  Postage I thought was fair. I was not happy with wrapping/packaging whatsoever it wasn’t in any wrapping. The item was as described and really pleased with price for the item, will buy again from this company, but will ask for any future items to be packed properly.

  Absolutely lovely cast iron ornament. Beautifully crafted, exactly as described and shown in pictures, item was protected, secured and packaged extremely well. Seller has a great website, vast selection of items, great communication and info, I have already placed another order with seller direct. Would definitely recommend.
