  Wasn’t as described, sent pics to be told it wasn’t sent in that condition! No paint marks on packaging so must have been like that before been packed. Damaged paint work, asked for exchange or refund was offered 25% discount or to claim through eBay so had to open a case didn’t bother ordering a replacement ordered from somewhere else instead Left neutral not negative as I did receive a refund - however was after opening a case with eBay wasn’t an instant refund from seller

  I had a negative experience with this seller as there was an issue with the product sent being unusable, I reached out to them with my concerns and they were not willing to cooperate and I was fobbed off. One of the scents they sent me smelt really bad an overpowering scent like bad breath and they refused a return because it had obviously been opened and said “we all smell things differently” I raised a case through eBay and got my refund.   Large Oil Burner with Deep Bowl as described and pictured. In a new boxed condition. Very good quality, with a lovely appearance, and at a very good price. I needed a new oil burner as it was not deep enough for my wax tarts. When I first saw this one, it reminded me of a chalice with its black base and green bowl, it is very lovely. Good communication dispatched quickly, very well wrapped arrived before the delivery date. I am very pleased with it. Highly Recommended
