  The cassette arrived quickly, but was missing 1 cog (I believe the description said "new, open box" so I'm sure they didn't realize there was a problem) The seller gave me a full refund and asked me to dispose of the cassette on my end. I believe I've ordered from them before, very happy with the transaction, despite the issue with the missing part

  Good packaging, fast shipping and item as described however, bike pedals were tight and unusable without adjustment. Seller offered free return but kid had to ride his bike so.. seller did not offer partial refund so we suggested to check future sales and quality control to avoid this problem in the future.   Ordered at a bad time without thinking about it (A friday). Come monday i was making a trip into asheville anyway and just decided to buy this part from a shop. Seller's response times to messages and requests are fantastic, and the cancelation and refund process was totally painless even though it was 100% entirely my fault. Should they have something i need, will def be doing business again with this seller.

  Item arrived as described. Due to the value, there was duty and fees to pay which made it 30% more expensive than the headline price, but this is par for the course, and not the seller's responsibility. Recommended seller, would use again.
