It's not the seller fault that the ebay international shipping program is so slow; what takes one week to arrive ordered on Amazon standard shipping, takes one month via ebay international shipping program.

The seller then sent the correct part, which was expertly packed and arrived in as-described new condition.   This is a good seller. Always great prices and accurate description. They are however slow to ship which made it necessary to cancel order because the slow shipping did not work because I was moving. There was no problem, they quickly refunded payment. I will order from them again when shipping time is not an issue.

  exceptional quality but of course is park tools...the seller did an outstanding job packaging and delivering this wrench....works as described and as it should. The price is also the very best I could find anywhere in the internet and around my local bike shops. I would highly recommend this seller.
