  I have purchased from them many times. This time, and on occasion I have had an issue with the product, but the seller is graceful about correcting errors. They do a huge volume and sometimes have sent the wrong book or one of their multiples that does not match the description. With swift communication, the seller always resolves the issue!

  Listing as promised from discription, good condition, quality comes from past users of Pokemon blue. Great value price. Appearance is as listed. However it lost a star on Shipping, I did not like the fact that Pokemon Blue that I ordered came in a yellow bag meant for shipping, as a collector I expected something that could potentially not damage the product. The bubble wrap would have helped but something more secured like a box with more padding would help wonders and give more ease.

Once extracted from its protective layer, the part was found to be in great operational shape with its hinge and attachment points fully intact, fitting its superstructure perfectly. This item was totally as described and 100% identical to its onLine auction image. Quick turnaround, speedy delivery. A1 service.
