  I have not yet received the parcel by a mistake of Post.nl. Post.nl wanted to deliver the parcel when I was not at home and brought it to a Servicepoint. However they didn t inform me about it, so I didn t collect it. After ten days Post.nl returned it to the seller. When I contacted the seller about the fact that I had not yet received the book, he reacted very alert and adequate. He will complain to Post.nl and I trust that he will return the parcel to me in good order.
