  Seller took 1 week to ship. Items arrived 2 days past latest date stated in sale. Seller asked for a good review prior to me receiving the item. Seller stated: “I left you positive feedback, and with so many negative people and scammers, it's important for me to reach out and request your positive feedback…” Very professional to ask for a good rating. A good review is earned from service/quality, not because good feedback was left for me. Rude message sent after claim for item not received.

  Buyer neglected to read listing description where it clearly states at top of listing that all shipments go out on Fridays. This policy has been in place for 2 months prior to buyer's purchase, and was made to reduce mail theft of outgoing mail, by bringing all shipments in person to post office and to reduce trips to post office. We offer 2 day shipment to those who purchase a membership. Customer was rude, opened dispute 5 hours before item showed delivered, made personal attacks, and rude.

  The seller misdiagnosed the issue, claiming it was a faulty battery and charger. An independent repair shop fixed the actual problem, which had nothing to do with the battery or charger. While the seller refunded the item cost after I provided the repair receipt, they did not reimburse my original shipping costs and only covered half of the return shipping. The seller fell short of a full resolution.

  Service for "loose port". Port fit w/new cable but battery was bad & had charging issues. Client declined battery replacement. New cable at no cost confirming port fit properly. Misrepresents issue & service. Shady from start. Client tried scams during the process requesting device be shipped elsewhere for return & new issues upon getting device back that were not disclosed prior to diagnostic & not present during testing such as smoke & shorting. Client wasted time. We lost 50% on shipping.
