  This is the second one I bought. First one was badly smashed up during delivery, full refund from seller. Advised seller to add a stiff board into the flimsy plastic bag they ship it in. It came miraculously undamaged in just the same flimsy plastic bag. How any sane person could ship a very delicate item like this halfway round the world in a single layer of thin plastic bag escapes me.

  One of the best after sales team I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Having contacted them, I received a prompt response from the customer service dept. to deal with my issue. Having explained and apologised to me, they were good in offering me alternative choices to choose from for smoothly resolving the issue. For me, it was a stressless experience with a positive note at the end of the day. Very helpful staff. I can recommend their customer service department.

  Quick delivery time and very friendly and polite seller. The first computer fan arrived damaged, but a replacement was sent without hesitation. The packaging was the same as the first (plastic bag) which didn’t provide much protection, however the second item arrived without damage. Thanks very much :-)
