  I really do appreciate a seller that goes above and beyond to rectify and issue, especially when it's out of their control, 1st order never came and I asked for a refund but instead I was sent the bag and a extra game card carry case.   Lovely seller, first time they only sent out one controller cover, however, when I messaged them they got back to me straight away saying they would send a second one. The second one was sent out immediately, and I got it a few days later. The quality of the item is amazing and not slippery, took a few day's to get used to but it is easy to hold. The Appearance is exactly like the pictures and Its value is definitely worth it for the money! It was in the said condition. Overall very pleased ☺️.
