I received the radio and was shocked at how well it looked, I would swear the unit was brand new/never used, it looks great. Their was a small hiccup and the seller actually called me. Not messaged or emailed but called me which was surprising. Having spent 15+ years in retail you don't see that level of customer service much in the online world. Fair price for a quality of radio from Motorola Yes I would purchase in the future.
