  Initially great communication and agreed to hold the order for me. Then struggled to get in contact with them but they were apologetic and then dispatched the item. Great product at great price. Warning - the delivery is to doorstop only which i hadn't realised.

  The mattress I was sent was not the one advertised. I had to cut open the matters to resize it for a campervan. What was inside clearly didn't match the picture in the ebay advertisement. I contacted the seller but got ignored. It arrived quickly and it was the right size, but it is just a piece of foam no special cooling layers or anything like the advertised mattress. I have added pictures. Compare for yourself.
