  The receiver I purchased was just as described. Open box but new product inside with all of the original packaging. Plugged it in and set it up and it worked flawlessly. Great quality product at a fraction of the price when buying one with an unopened box. Everything looked just as described in the post and had no visible marks on it. The seller was quick to respond and shipped the product fast and in a well secured box. This receiver looks great with our setup now.

  Had a little issue with this being an open box when it was listed brand new. Contacted the seller and he explained to me the miscommunication and he gave me a refund to the price of a open box listing he had. Very responsive and very helpful and I will do more business with him!

  item came very fast,very well packed only thing was when it was all connected the subwoofer pops even though cables were not even hooked to it. not sure whats wrong with it.. but dont let this dismay you. using this seller they are very good
