  This seller is comfortable using false advertising to sell their product. I was sent a completely different item than the one pictured that is currently being sold on amazon for $11 cheaper than what I was charged. I reached out to the seller multiple times and not only did they NEVER acknowledge that they sent me a different product than the one they had listed, even more insultingly, they offered me a three dollar refund "as a gesture of goodwill". Save your $ and time, find another seller

  Communication was not good custard asking me to reasons after responding multiple times to the same question; shipping date mentioned when purchasing was not met and a new date was quoted after purchase; package was heavily damaged when received. Having said all that, the controller itself was not damaged; was what was described and was fully working.

  Shipped really quickly with great communication from the seller. No tracking number provided, but I still knew when it shipped and it got here quickly which is good enough for me! I'll have to rework the LED wires after shipping, which is no big deal at all, and it came with extra batteries! It will be a very pretty gift! Definitely brand new, and is the exact same quality I expected from the picture. I wish the batteries lasted more than 24 hours total, but that's why it came with 2 sets!
