  Pillow was exactly as described-New and in manufacturer's box. Quality is what I would expect from the Tempurpedic brand. Cost was inline with other Ebay sellers. Shipping took the amount of time I would expect for shipment from Japan to the US. Item was packaged sufficiently the manufacturer's box was in another box. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with this Ebay seller.

  Very Trustworthy, reliable and honest seller. I received my doll in a matter of a few days. The doll was packed very securely (absolutely no box damage) and the doll's box was wrapped in plastic to for further protection. The seller included a very nice "Thank You" note, pack of tissues and origami. Highly recommended seller and shop. My doll was very reasonably priced with no shipping. I would love to purchase more "AMAZING" dolls from this seller. ARIGATOU!

  Beautiful Butsudan, better than expected. Quality and condition are excellent, and at a good price point. Aside from a delay during shipping that extended the time beyond the original estimate (not the sellers fault), the transaction was very smooth...communication with the seller was excellent. I would definitely buy from this seller again.
