  The item is new and pristine condition, with all original packaging and whatnot, as it was advertised. The parcel was lovely prepared, and very well protected. The original packaging inside bubble wrapping inside a parcel box. The parcel arrived a full week before the earliest estimated date, I am gobsmacked.   Arrived in the time frame specified. It is a fragile item and it could not be have been packed better. An outer box, inner box in bubble wrap and the item wrapped in bubble wrap and styrofoam sheeting alone with cardboard wedges to prevent movement. A very nice thank you note and a few small souvenir items were included. I highly recommend this merchant.

  Pillow was exactly as described-New and in manufacturer's box. Quality is what I would expect from the Tempurpedic brand. Cost was inline with other Ebay sellers. Shipping took the amount of time I would expect for shipment from Japan to the US. Item was packaged sufficiently the manufacturer's box was in another box. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with this Ebay seller.
