  I was told there was a shipping issue and it would arrive later than expected but it arrived 3 days early!! The seller offered me a full refund when the issue arose but I was patient and told them it’s not their fault and I would wait. Excellent customer service from this seller and I will use them again when needed. Thanks for being honest with me about the problem.

In St Louis, MO, it went to distribution centers 4 times and sorting centers 3 times. Was in St Louis, Mo from November 22 till November 26. It appeared to be going in circles back and forth between these facilities. This was definitely not the fault of the ebay user. The package was addressed properly. A++++

  Very nice. This store has some really really great leather Western wear. Prices are very competitive with a good variety. Good communication throughout shipping and securely packaged.
