  Amazing, fantastic, perfect seller. Sachiko-San was simply perfect. I needed the items early and she did not bat an eyelash and delivered earlier than many US-based sellers do. The items were immaculately packaged, protected but with an eye to minimizing weight and volume for the shipping. The items themselves are exactly as advertised: brand new in box, and the boxes themselves don’t have a fingerprint on them.

  Absolutely fantastic guitar. Very difficult to get hold of in the UK - a 24 inch scale Telecaster! And in my favourite butterscotch blonde colour. Flawless import process from Japan. Seller sent guitar very promptly - it was in the UK in less than 48 hours. Once duty was paid it was delivered to me within 2 working days. Guitar was well packaged and arrived without a scratch on it. Very, very happy customer. Excellent communication from seller throughout. Seller is a credit to eBay
