  I purchased a billiards cue from this seller. While the listing noted chips and cosmetic imperfections, it did not note a fairly severe warp in the cue. I don’t believe the seller was familiar with playing pool though, as he didn’t realize this was something to check. While I ultimately returned the cue, when I reached out, he was incredibly kind and easy to work with, and had a refund initiated within minutes of receiving the cue back. 10/10 would recommend this seller!
