  Shipping & packaging was good. Item was as described but lacking information in packaging re: charging times. The sound is much better than cheaper versions of same style headphones. I think the sound is worth the added expense.

  Unfortunately it seems that Shokz does not inlcude the charging times in their documentation as I also could not find it in mine. I did however search on Google and found this, I hope it helps.The Shokz OpenRun headphones, like many of their models, use a magnetic charging cable and have a quick charge feature. Charging from 0 to 100% takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. A 10-minute quick charge provides up to 1.5 hours of listening time.
