Seller was very easy to communicate with, the item was packaged well, it was exactly as was described and though there was a shipping delay the seller was very quick to respond to my message regarding shipping and timeframe.   Despite sellers best efforts to pack the glass cups carefully (which seller clearly did!), 4 out of 10 cups were broken upon arrival. Seller was quick to respond to the issue and ensure that I was more than satisfied with the resolution. Exceptionally fast shipping and communication. Wonderful seller! I would absolutely do business with this seller again!

  The item was promptly shipped. When I showed concern about the USPS showing late delivery, Seller promptly responded and kept me informed of each bit of information they could get. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. The cams in a plastic case was shipped in a cardboard box protecting the plastic case. Again, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The price was fair and shipping cost was very reasonable. Excellent eBay seller.

  I finally received my little figurine and I am pleased with it. I did expect it to be in the original box, as stated more than once, in the description. However, for the price I am not too upset. Shipping was very slow, as USPS seems to be getting slower by the day.
